Tuition Fee

Tuition fee

If a course requires a tuition fee, the tuition fee must be paid on enrolment to secure a place within the course, if you can’t pay the full payment of the tuition fee at once, an installation agreement can be created with director of studies. Failure to meet tuition fee deadline could lead to suspension of studies and possible withdrawal from course. Fees payable to Professional Bodies such as payment for registration, exemption & examination fees excluded. Student should therefore take these into account when calculating the full cost of the study.

Payment instalments

We now offer the option to make payment for courses in monthly 0% interest instalments.

Klarna payment option

We now offer Klarna's payment products, including Pay Now, Pay in 3, and Financing to give our learners the ultimate flexibility.

  • Klarna instalments: Offer interest-free instalments. Allow our learners a modern alternative to point of sale credit by letting them pay in 3 equal interest-free instalments.
  • Klarna Financing: Offer up to 36 months to pay. Gives our learners the option to buy now and spread the cost with monthly payments, interest free or interest bearing.

Refund Policy

If the College cancels a course it will contact the learner and refund the full costs paid by the learner. If a learner withdraws from a course BEFORE the start date of the course the learner will be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid.

If a learner withdraws from the course after the course start date or does not attend the course they have enrolled on there will be no refund of payments made (including tuition, material, registration and exam fees) unless the learner has withdrawn due to a serious medical condition (medical certificate required as evidence). A proportionate refund of tuition fees will then be made (based on the proportion of the course attended)

Withdrawal

When withdrawing from a course student should consider the refund policy, then inform the college of their decision to withdraw from the course, and follow necessary procedure to ensure full withdrawal from the course. Failure to do so could lead to student being rejected from other courses within JFC training college. Failure to complete your course may incur a withdrawal fee of £65 to cover administrative costs.

Exam Entry

It is the responsibility of each student to ensure that they are registered for and pay for external exams of professional bodies. The College can assist with this process but the responsibility lies with the student. For non-professional courses we will process your registration for you and notify you of any fees that you have to pay for this in advance of the course commencing.

Course tutors will advise students of the necessary closing dates for exam registration for the courses that they are responsible for
