SIA Door Supervisor Refresher

The Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor Private Security Industry (Refresher) is for learners who currently hold a licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to work as a door supervisor and need to be brought up to date with the new licence-linked qualifications requirements.

Anyone over the age of 18. Can be done 4 months prior to existing SIA badge expiring. Must be done maximum one year after badge expired.

Anyone over the age of 18. Candidates are Required to Provide: 2 photographic identity documents; at least 1 document must show your current address and at least 1 document must show your date of birth; OR 1 photographic identity document and 2 documents with their current address on it. Please note that proof of address cannot be older than three months. Common Forms of Identity Documents: Signed valid passport of any nationality. Driving licence photo card. UK birth certificate. UK biometric residence permit. Valid EU photo ID card. Current bank or building society statement. Utility bill (gas, electric, telephone, water, satellite, cable). Letter from H.M Revenue & Customs or local authority. Current credit card statement. Separate from this you need to hold a valid First Aid qualification.

This is a two-day course with a mandatory pre-course workbook to be completed before you attend your training. All learners must complete the online ACT Awareness and ACT Security e-learning courses and provide certificates for these before you attend your training.

3 multiple choice exams and various physical assessments On the final day of your course, there will be 3 multiple-choice exams and a practical assessment.
