The course offers a blended learning approach, including: Online Learning Resources (study at your own pace with 24/7 access to video lectures, reading materials, and quizzes) and One-to-One Tutoring (ongoing support from a dedicated tutor).

Written assignments submitted through the e-learning platform. Portfolio of evidence to showcase your learning and development. Learners must deliver a 15-minute microteach practical assessment with a real learner. This can be done in a workplace, classroom, or even at home, as long as the learner is present.
