Entry requirements
Minimum age for registration is 16. Learners must be able to communicate effectively in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).

This is a single-unit qualification. JFC must confirm the awarding body and exact registered title.
How you will learn
You will attend one day of classes at the college.
Assessment
There will be a 1 multiple choice exam and practical assessment. Participants are assessed on their ability to apply first aid skills in practical scenarios. Trained instructors observe participants as they demonstrate techniques like CPR, the use of AEDs, management of bleeding or shock, and other relevant first aid procedures. They provide feedback, and guidance, and evaluate participants' competency in applying correct procedures effectively.
You will qualify with
- Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate. The certificate is valid for three years and must be renewed if you wish to continue to act as a first aider in the workplace.
