Trainee Support Care Workers

Hours: Flexible, 16–40 hours per week
Experience: No previous qualifications required – full training provided
Salary: £13-£16 per hour

Daily Roles and Responsibilities – Trainee Support Care Workers

As a trainee care worker, you will help individuals live more independently and with dignity by:

Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
Helping with meal preparation and medication reminders
Offering companionship and emotional support
Supporting mobility and light household tasks
Working alongside families and healthcare professionals
