Daily Roles and Responsibilities – Trainee Nursery Assistants
Your primary responsibility will be to support the well-being and development of children aged 0–5 years. This includes:
- Assisting in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Observing and recording children's progress
- Supporting meal and nap times
- Collaborating with team members and communicating with parents
